The Avening Youth Club for 7 – 13 year olds meets every Tuesday evening in the Village Memorial Hall, from 6.00pm to 8.00pm. The cost is 60 pence per session.
Activities are varied, including cookery evenings, film nights, indoor football, quizzes, pool table, computer, parties, tuck shop and general high spirits!
The club is primarily financed by the Avening Church of England Education Fund established by the late Col. Stewart Carter and is professionally staffed by the Young Gloucestershire Organisation.
